How many days should I pre-order in advance?
Please note we require 72 hours notice for all pre-orders.
Why are some dates greyed out on the calendar, and I can't place an order?
If dates are greyed out on the calendar and you are unable to place an order for that date, it means we are fully booked for that date :)
Do you have a shopfront?
Not yet ;) We are a home bakery and are only taking pre-orders at the moment. 72 hours notice required for all orders.
Do you offer delivery?

We offer FREE DELIVERY within Melbourne CBD and Southbank for orders above $80.
Please note delivery is only available on weekends, between 10am-12pm.
Delivery charges* are as follows:
- Melb CBD/ Southbank - (for orders below $80) - $7.99
- within 5km - $17.99
- from 5km - 10km - $25.00

Pickup time and location?

Pick-ups are available on dates available on the calendar. Please specify pick-up time upon checkout.
Pickup location - 241 City Rd, Southbank 3006 (please note this a residential address and not a store).
f there are no parking available on the main road, you can turn into Clarke St.
Note: We will bring your order to your car :)
What if the delivery/pick-up time slots do not work for me?
Please contact us at bakd.co.melb@gmail.com before placing an order if you wish to arrange for a specific time that works for you.
Cake sizes
- 6" size (2 layers): serves 8-10
- 8" size (3 layers): serves 12-15
Are your products keto friendly / diabetic friendly / gluten free / vegan?
Our products are keto and diabetic friendly, and also made with gluten free ingredients but not vegan :)
Please refer to product pages for more information on ingredients.
What type of sweetener do you use?
Our products are made from Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener - a low calorie and zero glycemic sweetener.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
We do not accept cancellations 48hrs prior to the delivery date. If nothing has been prepared for your order we will provide a full refund.
